# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • This board lets guests build their own perfect bite, so no one feels left out or stuck with a topping they don’t love.
  • The mix of creamy, crisp, salty, and bright are honestly better than most café brunches—and a breeze to prepare.
02 -
  • If you spread cold cream cheese onto bagels, the bread will tear and nobody’s happy—I only learned this after a messy brunch.
  • Thinly slicing all veggies keeps the board elegant and bite-sized; chunky cuts felt clumsy and overwhelming last time.
03 -
  • Let everyone build their own bagel so toppings stay fresh and tailored to taste.
  • Pick a platter or board big enough so flavors don’t mix before you’re ready.
