# Steps:
01 - In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and matcha powder, whisking until smooth and evenly colored throughout.
02 - Rinse strawberries under cool water, remove hulls, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
03 - In each of 4 clear glasses or jars, create layers by starting with 2-3 tablespoons of matcha yogurt on the bottom, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries, then 2-3 tablespoons of granola. Repeat layering pattern until glasses are nearly full, finishing with a yogurt layer topped with strawberry slices.
